Our Story
Bond Design & Build was founded in 2023 by Nabi Nazaree, built on over 16 years of construction experience. After recognising a lack of attention to detail and ethical standards within the industry, Nabi set out to create a design & build company that raises expectations.
As the company grew, David Green joined the mission, supporting Bond Design & Build by travelling across Europe to source the finest materials and skilled labourers, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Today, Bond Design & Build is recognised for delivering high-end commercial projects and some of the finest residential homes, as seen throughout our portfolio. We continue to innovate, refining design, materials, and processes to meet our clients’ evolving needs.
