Bond Design Build was founded on more than just blueprints and bricks,it was built on one man’s drive to turn a single project into something much bigger. When Mohammed Nabi Nazaree completed his first construction job in Northolt nine years ago, he didn’t just see a finished house,he saw the beginning of a company that could grow through quality work, strong connections, and genuine trust.

Since then, we’ve expanded project by project, with sites spanning Ealing, Kensington, Paddington, and other key areas across London. Along the way, we’ve built a trusted network of contractors, architects, and designers,now we allocate them to designated tasks to as we believe specialisation is what really affects quality.

We are always looking to take on projects whether it’s commercial to residential or Small-Large scale.
